Delivery areas and charges

Justairbag offers free standard delivery on all items to eligible UK mainland addresses, excluding the Scottish Highlands.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands may incur an additional charge. Please contact us with your full delivery address and postcode before ordering so that we can confirm availability and provide an accurate delivery quote. Any additional charge will be agreed before your order is placed.

We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or offshore islands, including the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Scottish islands.

Dispatch times

Orders are normally dispatched within one working day of payment confirmation.

Orders placed and paid for before 11:00 am UK local time, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time are normally dispatched on the next working day.

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays. For example, an order placed on Friday afternoon will normally be dispatched on Monday, or Tuesday if Monday is a bank holiday.

Dispatch times refer to when an order leaves us, rather than when it arrives. Estimated delivery times will be provided before you order.

Delivery delays and missing parcels

Courier delays can occasionally occur. Unless we have expressly agreed a guaranteed delivery date, delivery dates are estimates.

Please contact us promptly if your parcel is delayed, appears to be missing, or is marked as delivered but you have not received it. We will investigate with the courier and review any available delivery evidence.

If your parcel remains undelivered more than five calendar days after its estimated delivery date, please contact us to discuss the next steps, including any applicable cancellation, return or refund options. This does not require you to wait five days where you already have a legal right to cancel because of late delivery.

A courier’s delivery scan or signature will be considered as evidence, but will not automatically close a claim for non-delivery. Where we arrange the carrier, goods remain our responsibility until you or a person you nominate takes physical possession of them.

Collection

Collection may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact us to confirm the location, availability and collection time before travelling.

Transport for safety-system parts

Airbags, seat belt pretensioners and related components may require specialist transport. Contact us before purchasing to confirm delivery to your address and any packaging or carrier requirements for the item. An ordinary postal or parcel service is not automatically suitable.
